Just not feeling this mani....Oh well, Can't love them all.

I'm not sure why I don't like it, I kind of feel like it makes my nails look nubby. I used Wet n Wild's Nocturnal, OPI Catch Me In Your Net and 10's  #415, the pink base.
I started with the 415, than taped off my nail doing one side of the tip. After that dried, I did the other.

When it came time to do the OPI on my tips, I got kind of lazy and just cut the zig zag end of the tape off, and turned it, so the sides lined up with the Nocturnal tips.

  1. I actually quite like it! I don't think it makes your nail look nubby at all! You are so good at all these taped-off type of manis =]

  2. I can see your point; I see the pink base section and think "nail" and my brain doesn't connect the nails to the tips becuase they're so different in color/value. Neatly done, as always.

  9. I tried this same type of thin today, and on me it kinda looked like ugly acrylics ha ha. Maybe I'll try it again when my nails are shorter :)

  10. In a sea of 300+ pins on a stranger's "Pinspire" account, a photo of these nails caught my eyes immediately! I have been searching for the original post (yours, of course) for a couple hours now and am SO GLAD I found it. (It wasn't easy!)

So, 1. I really love your nails--your natural nails to be exact. The shape of it makes all the difference and you're awesome at painting your nails perfectly! That's how I knew these nails had to be YOUR nails!

And 2. I hope people on Pinspire (not Pinterest) know better to link the image directly to the original post. And I'm glad you've got your website posted on your photos now!

This is my first time on your blog and I can't wait to explore more!!!
