Okay, I swear I had writing in here, lol. Sorry guys, I don't know what happened, but I'm doing a quick re-do of it.
For this mani I used Milani Purple Gleam for the tips, and the brand 10, color #415 for the base color. That is DEF my all time fave base for my funky french's.
Beautiful... like always!!
ReplyDeleteAwesome! I love this! :)
ReplyDeleteLove this! Just starting to use scotch tape and am trying to master the technique
ReplyDeletewhat do you use as your base color?
ReplyDeleteI like Funky French manicures better than the original French manicures. Maybe it's because I associate the original French manis with too much white tips, awkward sharp nails, all-around ick-ness. XD
ReplyDeleteBeautiful nails, as always. : D
This is so cute :) Love the glittery purple tips ^_^
ReplyDeleteOmg your blog is so cool!!! Thanks for all the tips. :D
ReplyDeleteso cute! i was gonna exchange this color but i'm glad i kept it :)
ReplyDeleteThank you girls!!! Umm...I'm not sure what happened to my writing, I swear I had some, lol. I'm off to re-do it.
ReplyDeleteFreshie, Oh I hope you love the tape as much as I do!
Beata, I used the brand 10, color #415 for the base, and for ALL my bases of a funky french :)
How do you paint your nails so neatly?! Do you use cuticle remover when you give yourself a manicure? My cuticles are so dry all the time :( wish I had your nail painting talent!
ReplyDeleteHillary, thank you!! No, I don't use any cuticle remover. The only thing i use is cuticle oil, and I just started really using that, only for the smell, lol.
ReplyDeleteI love this! I've gotta try that Confetti for a french base. It's so hard to find the right color!
ReplyDeleteThanks Courtney, I didn't use Confetti for the base here, It is a brand called 10, and they don't have names for their colors, but numbers. This is #415. I just don't want you looking for the wrong thing :P
ReplyDeleteI've tagged you with an award!

ReplyDeleteLove this mani! Will definitely be trying it out. You have inspired me to start painting my nails again. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteLove this mani. I am adding this to the giant list of other mani's to try from your website. I was wondering where you buy that base coat you used for this mani because I cannot seem to find it. I am not sure if I am searching for it wrong either. thanks
ReplyDelete~Meg
I loved this funky french, but I can't find that brand 10 anywhere, which nail polish has a similar color? OPI, China Glaze?
