Neon Rays

So to start off I apologize for my late responses yesterday, I was without Internet all day, due to the weather here :(

Okay, so I had this idea right after I did my first tape mani in this design. So I finally had the time and just love how it turned out. For this I used China Glaze White on White for the base, China Glaze Four Leaf Clover, China Glaze Yellow Polka Dot Bikini & Color Club She's So Glam, and then Sinful's Black on Black.

This is China Glaze White on White

Then I added Color Club She's So Glam

Then China Glaze Yellow Polka Dot Bikini

and finally China Glaze Four Leaf Clover

Finally I taped it off, you can see the tutorial here.

Cathryn, omg, I know! We had a smidge over a foot, and I'm officially done! Its fun to look at from inside, but trying to get to work is a mess!

Konad-licious, I usually do 2 coats of SV over a tape mani, just to make sure it's all evened out :)

    Angeles, Well hello Barcelona!!!!

  16. Just out of curiosity, why did you use the white as a base when it's not actually part of the mani?

  17. Thanks Diana!! And hello Holland!!!

Adeline, I use the white base under neons, that way I only need 1 coat of the neons an helps make them brighter! Neons tend to be sheer and need 3-4 coats, but a coat of white under them solves it all :)
