The whole time I have had my nail stamping plates, I have never done a leopard mani! Of course the plate that had it on there, I lost, but whoo hoo, I ordered the MASH plates off of Amazon, and it had that plate in the set. Now, IMO, this mani is a big ol' FAIL, lol. I didn't have my trusty SV with me, at work, so after I completed this, my top coat that I did use, Looks Wet, smeared the design a tad, grrrr, it actually drove me so crazy, that I just removed it all, lol. Oh well, I still wanted to share, because I love the colors together.
I started with China Glaze Recycle
PS - ignore that gross milky looking substance on the bottle, HAHA, I didn't even realize it was there, until I took the pictures, it's just dried white polish, I swear!
Then using the M57 Mash plate, I added the leopard design and used Wet n' Wild Black Creme. Then I used OPI DS Original for the center of the spots :) You could def see the holo much better IRL
I just love it!
ReplyDeleteamazing :D!
ReplyDeleteWow looks awesome! :) I try to order the Mash plates on Amazon but they dont ship to Sweden :(
ReplyDeleteIt looks amazing and your nails are looking Fabulous!

ReplyDeleteyour nails are beautiful, as always!
Interesting China Glaze color; love the leopard with OPI DS Original for the centers!
ReplyDeleteFail? No way, that looks super cute!!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Rachel Marie ... love the last pic! Do include photos from that angle in the future. Great mani, as always. And, lol at the mysterious milky substance. Hmm ... dried white polish, you say?
ReplyDeleteReally cute!!

ReplyDeleteThis....is....AWESOME! Great job! Love it!~
ReplyDeletegorgeous! Too bad you had to remove it :(
ReplyDeleteOoh I really like that!
ReplyDeleteLOVE!!
ReplyDeleteI think it looks great. And that's hard for me to say because I want the OPI DS Original SO bad but I really haven't caved in yet and spent the $20 for it on ebay lol! I'm trying to perk myself up today after 2 nail calamities, the ring finger on right hand broke and the corner of the right hand thumb broke ARG. Hopefully a nice stamped mani will make me feel better and then not as noticeable!
ReplyDeleteI love leopard nails <3 and these are just perfect!
ReplyDeleteAaaah so freakin awesome!!!!!!! ♥♥♥
ReplyDeleteI think they turned out great and your nails are growing great.
ReplyDeleteOK - so here's my question, I've just started messing with my image plates (I have Bundle Monster and Konad) and my nails are about the same length is yours, do you have a problem with the full image stamps not being big enough for your nails?
Do you stamp twice and if so how do you get the image lined up without overlapping or do you?
Thanks!
I have seen a LOT of animal print manis and this is easily my favourite! I love the colour you picked for the base :)

Dani, I but my plates off of Amazon, and you can get a stamper and scraper there too. Or you can look on wowsocool.com
Stephanie, HAHAHA, OMG, I sear it is polish!!
Suzanne, THANKS! They are def getting there :)
lnievin, oh no! I say def do a stamp, and that will really help hide it, and make you feel better :)
born2bead, with the Bundle Monster plates, I do have issues some times, if I dontget it just right, I may stamp again, or do a funky french to hide it :) The Mash and Konad plates I have, I have no issue. I can't wait though, because Bundle Monster is coming out with new plates, that have larger images!!
Alex, aww thank you so much!!!!

ReplyDeleteHow do you like the Mash plates??
I just received bundle monster, my first stamping set. I've experienced a few issues with it.
Would you say it'd be worth buying the Mash plates???
Erika, do regular polishes work just as well as the ones made especially for stamping? I've been looking into getting myself a kit!!
ReplyDeleteOooooo... I love leopard print manis and I'm always looking for unique color combinations! This is stunning! It's such a shame you took it off so quickly! :(
