Dorothy Who.....is perm!!!

I was thrilled to walk into my local Sally's and see that Dorothy Who, had a perm. home in the racks with the rest of the China Glaze family! Since I had never tried it, I went ahead and grabbed a bottle. I have a minor problem, with layering almost every new polish I get, over black. Well here she is, 1 coat, over Sinful's Black on Black.

    holy smokes! i saw Dorothy Who @ Sally's the other day & i thought nothing of it. but your swatches prove me wrong! i shall go pick up a bottle next time :)

    You're welcome Darlene! Glad you like it. For some reason, whenever I get a glitter and anyhing semi sheer, I immediately layer it over black :P

    wow!! Charming nails with polish. Many thanks for sharing.
    That gives off an impression of being fabulous anyway I am still not very beyond any doubt that I like. Now it's time to avail shutter repair service for more information.
